Membership Benefits

The PPA presents a wide variety of benefits and services to its members, including:

Monthly Meetings and CLE

PPA is committed to sponsoring high quality continuing education seminars on various aspects of the law and career development (CLE).  January - September, luncheons are held on the third Wednesday of the month, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m., and offer members a convenient way to obtain CLE credit, network, and stay current with new developments in the law and issues confronting the paralegal profession.

PPA holds an all-day educational seminar in October and a Holiday Social in December of each year.  The yearly business meeting is held in November.  Meeting notices are usually sent 10 days prior to the meeting date by the Coordination Committee.  Advance registration is required.  Members who register and fail to attend or cancel their reservation in a timely manner are responsible for the fee payment.

Newsletter

The PPA quarterly newsletter, In Brief, contains articles of interest on local, state and national issues, as well as reports from committees, job listings, and the PPA calendar of events.

Job listings are published to members via e-mail and on the association website.
